Steady Seas is a three-visit-per-week service model designed to match the rhythm of modern rental properties. High Seas provides service on Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday, intentionally aligning with traditional high-turnover days so your property never goes more than two days without attention.
This approach removes the need for homeowners and property managers to communicate rental dates, eliminating the stress of last-minute bookings, schedule changes, and constant coordination. Each week includes:
- Three full turnover-level service visits on predetermined service days
- Complete cleaning, water balancing, equipment check, and deck reset at every visit
- Consistent water quality and guest-ready conditions without relying on rental schedules
Every visit includes:
- Water testing and balancing
- Skimming, vacuuming, and debris removal
- Equipment inspection
- Filter and basket cleaning
- Deck check and visual safety review

How is this service priced?
Steady Seas pricing is based on your property type — spa only, pool only, or a pool & spa combination. You’ll be billed at a consistent weekly rate, charged monthly, making it easy to budget and seamlessly build service costs into your guest rental fees.
Because service is no longer tied to rental dates, there are no last-minute service fees, date-change charges, or surprise billing.
Rates are determined by the size and total number of pool(s) and/or spa(s) on the property and begin at:
- Spa Only: $135/week
- Pool Only: $165/week
- Pool & Spa Combo: $270/week
