High Seas was founded by Outer Banks Local Bradley Musika, with a vision of a pool company focused on high quality service and communication. Utilizing a customized app for client service notifications, state of the art pool equipment, and dedicated communication processes, High Seas Pools & Spas has started to revolutionize the pool and spa service model in an ever-evolving rental market in OBX.

Bradley grew up in Corolla with a front row seat to the growth and development the Outer Banks has experienced in the past three decades. With over 10 years of experience in the pool industry, Bradley is able to combine extensive knowledge of old and new pool/spa technology with an intricate understanding of the landscape of OBX to provide customized and high-quality services in maintenance and repairs. Additionally, Bradley is a proud father of two boys, Hendrix and Cash, who are growing up in the never-ending beauty of OBX sunsets and surf breaks.

Chelsey Musika, Office Director

Chelsey Musika brings a background in business management, sales, and marketing with professional experience in government technology and operations. Having spent her childhood visiting her family’s second home in Corolla, she developed a long-standing connection to the Outer Banks before officially calling it home. Chelsey began working alongside Bradley in 2017, learning the pool service industry from the ground up while applying her expertise in systems, communication, and client experience to help shape a more modern approach to pool and spa service in OBX. Her focus on CRM integration, automated service confirmations, and service models that match the pace of today’s rental market has played a key role in evolving High Seas into a company known for reliability, organization, and clear communication for homeowners and property managers alike. Additionally, Chelsey is the proud mother (and professional wrangler) of Hendrix & Cash (and sometimes, Bradley).
