Pool & Spa Maintenance
Pool & Spa Maintenance is available year-round and seasonally for residential rentals and private homes, and commercial properties. We offer services for traditional weekly rentals and flex rentals, including Airbnb, VRBO and Owner-Managed Programs. Our full-service contract assigns a CPO-Certified technician to provide:
Pool:
- Test and balance water
- Vacuum bottom of pool and brush pool floor/walls/waterline
- Empty skimmer baskets and flush pumps
- Backwash sand filter, bump D.E. filter, and/or hose off cartridge
- Inspect equipment for quality operation
- Pool deck debris removal and furniture staging
Spa:
- Test and balance water
- Wipe down walls/waterline
- Hose off and rotate filters
- Drain and refill spa, as needed
- Inspect equipment for quality operation
Your technician will update a customized property service board with service date, time, and information for guests. Rental service includes a turnover (weekend or guest check-in/check-out) and a mid-week cleaning. Private, or non-rental services, include a single service per week.
