Chesley brings a background in business management, sales and marketing with professional experience in government technology and operations. Having spent her childhood visiting her family’s second home in Corolla, she developed a long-standing connection to the Outer Banks long before calling it home. Chelsey began working alongside Bradley in 2017, learning the pool industry from the ground up while applying her expertise in systems, communication, and client experience to help shape a more modern approach to pool and spa service in OBX. Her focus on CRM integration, automated service confirmations, and service models that match the pace of today’s rental market has played a key role in evolving High Seas into a company known for reliability, organization, and clear communication for homeowners and property managers alike. 

Additionally, Chelsey is very involved in the community by participating in various seasonal events and non-profits, including a local Mommy & Me group. She’s an avid reader, an excellent cook, and the proud mother (and professional wrangler) of Hendrix & Cash.
